Pakistan’s J7 Group, China’s IBI Group Sign $200 Million Cooperation Agreement
SUZHOU, Sept. 15 (Gwadar Pro) - In a move to bolster industrial collaboration under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), Pakistan’s J7 Group, a construction and real estate developer based in Islamabad, and China’s IBI Group, an enterprise specializing in technological innovation, industrial engineering and international trade services headquartered in Suzhou, signed a $200 million strategic cooperation agreement on September 7.

The agreement was formally inked by Mr. Maqbool Hussain, Chairman of J7 Group and Mr. Ibrahim Munir, Chairman of IBI Group, at a signing ceremony in Suzhou. The agreement aims to synergize the strengths of the two groups in engineering construction and industrial investment to jointly pursue new opportunities in the Pakistani market and explore further prospects in third-country markets.
