New Chinese language courses launched by Hanhua Bowen and University of Sargodha

BEIJING, Jun 19 (Gwadar Pro) - China’s Hanhua Bowen (Beijing) Education Technology Co., Ltd. and University of Sargodha jointly launched a new series of online HSK Chinese language courses on Tuesday. The virtual opening ceremony brought together academic leaders and stakeholders in a vibrant display of cross-border collaboration.

Zhang Haibo, Chief Representative of the International Chinese Language Teachers Association highlighted the increasing demand for bilingual professionals as China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) investments expand. “Chinese language combined with vocational skills is a key to future development,” he said.

Sun Liping, Operation Director of Hanhua Bowen, described the initiative as a strategic bridge fostering people-to-people ties. She noted plans to expand the curriculum into engineering, agriculture, and digital economy fields, building a robust international talent pipeline.

Dr. Ahmad Raza Bilal from University of Sargodha emphasized incorporating Pakistani cultural elements into the curriculum, ensuring relevance and applicability for local students.

Looking ahead, both institutions plan to establish a China-Pakistan Digital Education Resource Sharing Platform with AI-assisted teaching tools, broadening access to quality education.
