ISLAMABAD, Apr.12, (Gwadar Pro)- The Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS) has partnered with  China Foundation for Peace and Development (CFPD) and Silk Road NGO Cooperation Network to provide skills training for the youth and women of Pakistan. The objective of this collaboration is to aid in the reconstruction of communities and support the sustainable development of Pakistan while fostering friendship and enhancing people-to-people connectivity between China and Pakistan under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) framework.

The partnership is intended to provide a comprehensive mechanism for skill training that will promote the socio-economic empowerment of Pakistani youth and women. As a part of this program, IPDS will train 12 groups of women and youth in financial management, providing them with essential skills to manage their finances efficiently, thereby enabling them to achieve financial stability and independence. The program will also engage  various stakeholders to provide employment opportunities as interns or assistant trainers to these trained individuals, creating a sustainable cycle of employment opportunities and resulting in a long-term impact on Pakistan's economic landscape.

This program's success will magnify the  economic uplift in the communities by enabling the participants to secure gainful employment. The program is designed to provide the necessary tools and resources for individuals.
