ISLAMABAD, Oct 30,(Gwadar Pro)-As Pakistan is one of the vulnerable countries to the adverse impact of climate change, China’s LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. joined hands with Pak Datacom Ltd. to make Pakistan’s telecom Sector “sustainable and green”.

According to an official statement, LONGI and Pak Datacom have signed an MoU to work together, generate green energy, and “solarize the nation”.

The MoU was signed during a ceremony held in Islamabad wherein officials from both companies participated.

Pak Datacom specializes in satellite-based terrestrial, iDirect, DAMA, VSAT, and SCPC Networks while LONGi is committed to being the most valuable solar technology company in the world. LONGi makes the best use of solar energy to build a green world with the most trusted, reliable solar company that blazes the trail for green technology. The partnership between LONGi and Pak Datacom is a good development that will increase green energy in Pakistan.

Besides signing MoU with Pak Datacom, recently LONGi has partnered with different companies and organizations to increase and develop green energy in Pakistan. In September, LONGi partnered with the Energy Training and Research Center-ETRC, a non-profit organization in Lahore to offer a two-month free photovoltaic system training course. LONGi has been sponsoring all course fees for this program, which is aimed at establishing a skilled workforce in renewable energy.
