LAHORE, Oct. 12 (Gwadar Pro) - Pakistani Punjab Assembly’s Cabinet Sub-Committee on Legislative business (CSCLB) on Tuesday afternoon gave approval to declare Lahore as twin sister of the Chinese city of Nanjing in addition to allowing twin sister status to Tianjin Binhai Library, China and Quaid-e-Azam Library, Pakistan.

The CSCLB decision has paved the way for formal agreements to declare twin sisters’ status to both  cities and  organizations.

Lahore will now be considered as twin sister of the Chinese city of Nanjing,  according to another agenda item discussed in CSCLB.
