GWADAR, Feb 25 (Gwadar Pro) - The 7th Gwadar Book Festival 2022 kicked off at Rural Community Development Council (RCDC) in Gwadar City, Balochistan on Thursday.

The four-day event has been organised by the district administration in collaboration with local welfare trusts to assuage the thirst of the book-lovers of the port city of Gwadar. Due to the corona outbreak, the annual Book Festival did not take place during the past two years.

The four-day Gwadar Book Festival was inaugurated by Former Provincial Minister Mir Abdul Ghafoor Kalmati along with Senator Kahuda Babar and Provisional Minister Zahoor Ahmed Buledi. Deputy Commissioner Gwadar Captain (retired) Jamil Ahmed has been playing a key role in the event.
