GDA announced paid internship for youth

GWADAR, Feb. 1 (Gwadar Pro) - Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) has announced internship programs for the youth to help them meet the demands of the modern job market.

According to an official notification, GDA is hiring interns for six months in the fields of administration and management skills, investment and financing, town planning and engineering techniques, marketing and procurement methods, web development, and IT solution. During the internship program, the internees will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000.

Anyone with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is eligible to benefit from the internship program. According to the official notification, the program is an opportunity for the talented youth to hone their skills that would “allow Pakistan to grow and prosper in the future”. Under this program, young people from Gwadar are particularly encouraged to apply. All interested candidates, aged up to 30, can apply for the program until February 16.

In January, Gwadar Port Authority (GPA) also announced an internship program for fresh graduates of Balochistan province.
