Karachi gun attack wounding Chinese nationals an isolate case: Chinese FM

BEIJING, Jul 28 (Gwadar pro)-"This is an isolated incident. We have every confidence in Pakistan’s protection of Chinese nationals and assets in the country”, commented Zhao Lijian, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson on today’s Regular Press Conference.
He made these remarks when replying to questions from AFP on a gun attack in Karachi, Pakistan this morning.
It is reported that at least one Chinese national was injured in this gun attack.
In response to AFP’s inquiry about more details about this incident, Zhao said, “China is closely monitoring this incident. It is under further investigation as we speak”.
